It is a not for profit organisation whose primary role is to promote the growth and professionalism of the Asia Pacific Call Centre Industry. The ATA provides a forum that facilitates the exchange of ideas, experiences, solutions, and enables call centre professionals to interact and network with their peers and industry leaders at local, national and international functions. |
